Friendly, approachable waitress. Nice atmosphere and the lamb was cooked perfectly. Fish and chips are really good too. The two for one deal is great value for money. Cosy open fire to sit and have a drink by is lovely.

We chose the Bulls Head Inn because it was between Worcester and Stratford on Avon which we intended to visit and we were glad in our choice. The owners Matt and Annie were very welcoming and friendly. The weekend was a special treat for my mum. She had room 1 which was a lovely, cosy and comfortable. She did however have trouble with the flush in the bathroom, which Matt fixed immediately. Our room was a twin which had a strange setup. A wall separated the twin beds and the tv could not be seen from one of the beds. The shower was a bit weak but ok. Overall the room was comfortable. There was no hairdryer, so glad I brought my own!
We had decided to have dinner there after reading the reviews. The dishes we chose were recommended by Annie and we were not disappointed. The food was absolutely delicious. We would recommend the Belly of Pork, Pan Roasted Lamb and an enormous Steak and Mushroom Pie. The Baileys Cheesecake was yummy too.
After dinner we sat by the fire in the lounge and had drinks. It was very cosy and we felt at home.
The staff are all friendly and polite and would recommend anyone to stay there. We will definitely stay again.
Nice food

Called in on Saturday evening for dinner, and was very impressed with most of the food. We had the tear and share bread (£3.90) which was a bit of mistake as there were only two of us, and the bread came and it was a full loaf, so way too much for us. It was served warm, which was lovely, and with large chunks of garlic spread throughout it. The only negative about this (apart from the size for two people!) was the olive oil it was served with, which had a terrible taste and honestly could not be eaten. It tasted old. We then both had the pan-roasted lamb rump (£14.90), which was delicious. Between Monday and Saturday this is one of the dishes offered as 'two for one', and therefore we got both these dishes for £14.90. The disappointment with this meal was that there were children running up and down and screaming in the corridor directly outside the dining area throughout the whole the thing. This is not the fault of the restaurant but it did spoil it significantly. If 'good' had been an option, that is what I would have chosen for the experience here.
Exceptional Lunch

It is always a bit of a gamble booking 8 family for lunch at a place you haven't visited before, however, what a great decision this turned out to be. Good varied menu for kids and adults, great service with the most friendly of staff you could wish to have and really good food reasonably priced. This is a must visit. Well done to all the staff.
Had a Really Good Lunch you should Try it.

Went to the Bulls Head for lunch, it was really good and will be going back.
The food was excellent, I had a pie and it was home made deep full of meat and very tasty, every one else enjoyed their main meal. I had bead and butter pudding after and it really was the best ever and good portions.
The staff were really nice and made sure every thing was right.
Overall a very nice way to spend lunch at reasonable cost.
Thanks
