The property is centrally located near the Raj bhavan and seems to be an old property. The maintenance of the property is well appreciated. The rooms were comfy and there were no complaints.
Check in and check out were also very smooth.
One star has been taken off because of the poor breakfast service that i had.

EXTREMELY BAD SAFETY REGULATIONS!
We had a very bad experience at the hotel Banquet hall while conducting an event for the 1st year Birthday celebrations of my daughter. They had kept a very dangerous gap between the stage and the back wall to accommodate the backdrop decorations, a relative of ours fell into that gap which resulted in 2 fractures on her leg.. she was rushed to hospital and underwent surgery. She was only standing near the cake table when the cake was cut and a small step caused this terrible accident.
When questioned about this bad design, they explained they did this to accommodate the decorations. They never considered safety aspect of people coming on the stage.
I do not recommend this hotel for any party events unless all safety measures are taken to ensure such incidents do not happen.

Although it is a 4 star hotel but going by the standards it didn't feel like 4 star from the outsiide. However the lobby and the rooms inside were truly elegant and clean. I would recommend anybody on a work visit to stay at this hotel. There isn't much to do for families though.

Touch the stay was for couple of hours but it was quite comfortable. The staff is supportive and the service is quick. Moreover the rooms comfortable and neatly managed to take care of all your needs. Also it's located in the heart of Bangalore which enables an easy access to many places to go around.

I stayed in the Room No 236 on December 6-7, 2017.
I was charged Rs. 5,230 for this stay (see image uploaded) and I felt robbed when I entered the room.
The rooms are like a 2 star hotel and completely worn out (see images).
The toilet seat was not clean and i had to boil water in the tea maker to pour over it.
There was an odd odour in the room no 236 which is typical of deep cleaning not being done.
The room service was fast but the food was okay.
Very limited options for breakfast.
Only plus point is that the hotel is very close to Vidhan Soudha and hence didn't have to travel much for meetings.
AVOID THIS IF YOU CAN.
