Rooms are clean, well equipped and have great views. The staff if very friendly and helps with all requests. Great food is also available. Location is central Tokyu yet steps away from several metro lines.

Iâve stayed in this hotel few times already since itâs near my office in Tokyo.
Everything is great in the hotel, service is of course superb and room is very nice. nice shower, bath, tokyo view and also a comfortable bed.
it connects to a subway station and there is a small convenient store 24H in case you need any extra drinks, snacks, food, amenities.

I stayed here on business for 4 days in November. Stayed in a standard room; very nice, good size, I liked the bathroom and there is good wet room with a shower and bath. Decent amenities too.
Bear in mind that there is a shrine outside but otherwise not a lot going on in the area but it is conveniently placed for the metro with a station below it. If you wander down towards Bic Camera (where you can buy the cheaper tourist metro tickets) there is a bit more life in the backstreets behind it.
We tried the pool which was good enough (worth noting they don't allow tattoos or skimpy swimwear) and has a hot tub next to it. What did irk me was that you had to pay to use the sauna - if you are staying a five star hotel I think you should be able to use all of the facilities.
Breakfast was just about ok, but expensive particularly given the fairly limited range of food on offer. They also start removing food at 10am sharp; pretty irritating when you enter at 9:50am and they take the full price off you (although they did offer a discount when we complained).
The hotel bar is ok but smokey (as with many places in Japan - I never minded smoke that much before it is was banned in bars in the UK but it was the first time I had experienced a smokey bar for years and it wasn't especially pleasant).

Our stay at the Capitol was very comfortable, the rooms were serviced to perfection every day and were some of the nicest I've ever stayed in, the breakfast buffet although very expensive was delicious, the staff were all friendly and the location was a winner being right above the subway which connects to four lines.

This was our second visit to the Tokyu Capitol Hotel in Japan. Although we only stayed for one night, we had a similar positive experience in the past. The location is very convenient since the building is positioned on top of a metro station, which means transportation is very easy. It was just an hour train ride from the Narita International Airport via a high speed, direct train. The hotel has a very sleek, appearance with its mixtures of traditional and contemporary designs featuring a large quantity of shiny granite. There is a lovely restaurant in which one can consume a vast breakfast buffet in the warmth of the morning sun. The buffet is approximately $60 USD per person, unless you have a breakfast voucher included in your plan. The rooms themselves are covered in warm honey colored wood, and both of the rooms we stayed in have fantastic views of the metropolitan city. The bathrooms are well-equipped with a rain shower, bathtub and smart toilets. Additionally, there were free amenities. Each room had a tv with a variety of channels and either plush chairs or a couch. The staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming and did everything they could to make you feel welcomed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to returning in the near future!
