Very bad experience room was small and floor of room and bathroom was dirty. Bathroom door was not properly open and close. Swimming pool was closed during our stay. View from our room was backyard of hotel.
Room service was efficient and food quantity was sufficient test was okay. Over all every area need improvement.

One of the best three star hotels in Gwalior. Had a thoroughly enjoyable stay from January 01 to January 09. Looking forward to another stay in the hotel soon. The support staff is very helpful. The morning breakfast spread is one of the best I've seen in this category of hotels. Highly recommended.

I visited to the central Park in 2nd week of Decembersâ.staff here is very pleasing they take good care it feels like home away from home food is delicious. they offered me a room which was up to the mark of central Park standard keep up the good work

A great experience in the wonderful property at hotel the central park Gwalior. Breakfast was yammi and more type of variety at coffee shop. Staff is very cooperative & helpful nature. Great wedding venues lawn & hall as well.

Iâm from delhi and stayed at the hotel on 30th of dec 2017 for one night. Was there to attend a engagement party of my wifeâs cousin cos the party was also in the same hotel and the rooms were booked by them.
The moment we entered the hotel everything was wrong, after traveling 350 kms we were tired and hungry therefore went to the coffee shop and ordered veg sandwiches .
It took them 45 min to serve the sandwiches and in one of them a little cockroach started walking out of it.
Then another torture were the rooms, they were dirty and toilets were filthy . No hot water and no hand towels and stains on everything
We were in room 303,304,305 and 325.
In short this hotel is not even worth a penny and is a nightmare.
