We booked this place as a stopover on our way to Thekkady. This is a good business hotel. Check in was efficient. Very friendly lady at the reception. Rooms are big and beds are comfortable. It is easy to get into town with a motorized riksja. Buffet breakfast was good. Restaurant was a bit disappointing. Not because of the food but because a lack of ambience.

The staff at the hotel and restaurant were so lovely and helpful! They were prepared for my dietary requirements and went out of their way to make my stay a wonderful experience! I cannot credit them enough for their amazing hospitality. The room was very clean and tidy, comfortable bed and great shower! The kettle in the room was very useful, too. I have to make a special mention of the veg noodles - they were incredible! Wifi also worked like a charm in the room.

First of all everything was a mess, we spent a night there and it wasn't economic, I expected more from a five stars hotel! The breakfast was basically some cornflakes with milk and coffee, my girlfriend brought her own pineapple and asked the staff to cut it and serve.. We had the feeling of being the only guests in all the hotel, and last thing that shocked me: the shower was cold â!!! All the people who work there are very nice and I really felt like they knew that the service was lower than the expected.. I hope they will be able to improve the quality. Probably they just need more customers.

This is average hotel with good and spacious room. The location is prime and can meet business needs during your visit. During my visit , I saw a wedding event at the hotel with lot of guests and did not experience any discomfort. Food is good with limited options. Buffet was also average with limited options and did not have a wow factor but manageable
I would recommend this hotel for a short stay

The hotel was deserted with almost no occupancy. The restaurant was pathetic. Many items on the menu were not available and we were compelled to stick to what was available. The buffet breakfast was with no variety and the restaurant even did not offer hot fresh items. Food was also too spicy. On 30th night, I went outside to procure food for my two year old son. In the end, we cut short our visit by a day and returned back. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.
