I have been staying at this hotel since the time of inception. In the past 2-3 yrs the quality if service and management of rooms and facility has been degrading. It came to our notice that the management has now changed and the changes have been evident. I stayed there for about 10 days and saw a lot of hard work behind the refurbishment and renovation of the whole property along with the attitude of the staff. Everything from food and stay needs improvement.

Rooms are big but smelly, AC not in working condition. Breakfast has very limited options. Hot water kettle was missing from the room.
Shampoo not available in bathroom. Not at all worth staying even if offered at half the rate. It was a nightmare spending 3 nights in the hotel but had no option since paid in advance

I had written a review 2-3 year back about this hotel. That was then.
After being taken-over about a year back by some other organization, it has really gone to the dogs.The rooms/ corridors were smelly, seepage signs everywhere, number of lights/ fittings either broken or not working; We insisted on having the room allotted to us changed bcz of the smell, yet the other one given was just mildly better.( Amazingly, the room service attendant who had brought up our luggage also agreed that this was one of the worst rooms, and should not have been given ) ; Since we had to attend our daughter's school function, so we were constrained to check-in and dump our luggage in the room for that night.We had booking for 2 nights, but that very night, we booked at Regenta LP vilas , and moved there the very next morning.( Reviewed by me also )
The only saving grace is their restaurant - It still manages to serve relatively good food from their A-LA-Carte menu. Their Breakfast spread is nothing to talk about, and their service is still as slow as ever ( chronically Under-staffed Restaurant).

We were here for business lunch. The restaurant does not offer buffet for lunch. The vegetarian options in the menu card were limited. We had Heeng Dhaniya Aaloo, Dal Makhani , Gobi Achari and Rotis, the Missi roti was well made. But the service was very slow, it took more than 30 minutes to get our order on the table. The restaurant was quite run down, dull and dated in its ambiance. The staff were very courteous and the price was reasonable, average cost of veg dish is about Rs.200-220, but the portions are very small.

When this hotel was completed -- whenever it was -- it must have been a perfect hotel. But then... there was no maintenance... As a result... step by step... things went bad. Little broken this, little not functioning that, little missing something else... and now... this hotel needs complete refurbishment.
Whoever is the owner made a terrible mistake... just getting money and not putting any money back...
Now people are not ready to come and stay there -- looking at the number of people (and how they look) at the breakfast and during dinner...
There is no pool, no spa and the gym is filled with machines that do not work....
In other words... I was not the one who made the booking... room was clean and you could sleep there a few nights... but... all the complaints about things that are wrong are true or very likely to be true. Until they refurbish the hotel completely -- stay away if you can.
