A lovely, restful place with friendly staff and immaculate rooms. Every food option is sensational. Centrally located, easy walking distance to Oxford st shopping and Mayfair restaurants. A perfect, quiet home while in London.

The Connaught offers excellent service within the prettiest streets in London. It is my favorite hotel in London. It has only become better with the addition of the Jean George restaurant. The concierge was immensely helpful.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. I booked a stay at the Connaught as a birthday surprise for my wife and it certainly lived up to expectations. my wife also had a bespoke treatment at the Spa which she described as amazing.
Clearly when you book at The Connaught you are not looking for a budget hotel but having stayed at other 5 star hotels in London I would say The Connaught was value for the service, accommodation and locational the basis I booked it as a treat for a birthday!

When we put the dates in the diary we knew we wanted to treat ourselves but our experience at The Connaught was by far above and beyond what we could have dreamt of... every last detail made us feel like princesses!! With five children under five between us, rest and relaxation doesnât happen very often!
We were given a suite, champagne, macarons and a hand written welcome note on arrival before we headed to the pool and steam room where we sipped ginger & lemongrass herbal tea in between swimming a few slow lengths!
We didnât want to leave from the moment we arrived so instead of going out for dinner, enjoyed wonderful room service while non stop talking!
I hadnât had a lie-in in over 2 years so you can imagine my delight when my friend had to wake me up at 9 for breakfast!
After an incredible breakfast and Sunday papers in our room we left at midday... wanting to book our next stay... ASAP!!
Thank you to Frédéric, Sylvia and all the team for making us feel like nothing was too much trouble and for being such upbeat, happy and helpful staff.
We look forward to our next stay!

Stayed there for just one night but loved every minute of it. We had an elegant room with a super comfortable kingsize-bed. Dinner at Jean-Georges was superb (I highly recommend the crispy salmon sushi) with very attentive waiters throughout the evening. The hotel's staff in general was very welcoming and made our stay special. Oh, the location is great, too - but you probably knew that already...
