We had a lovely stay in the hotel, the staff were very helpful. We arrived early (1pm)check in was not till 3pm but our room was ready which was nice. Great hotel, nice food, clean rooms, they just need to update the kids area as some of the toys were not working.

Stayed hear before for a weekend and decided to use the park and stay this time. This is one of the best hotels in Ireland you could stay in . Need i say more and intend to stay here anytime i am in Cork

There were 6 of of us , 3 couples, we all enjoyed or stay , had a great meal in the bar , breakfast was great, rooms lovely and spacious, hotel is beautifully decorated, staff very friendly and helpful, price was great and location was perfect for us , we would all happily recommend this hotel thank you very much

The hotel was excellent and the staff were very helpful. It was a veey good experience. The only thing was the bar area seemed very understaffed and they seemed to be under pressure so maybe more staff for a more relaxed atmosphere.
