Too much service can also be annoying, confused about veg, vegan and none veg

Walked in and got a good deal, 2500 per night for a standard room for 3 nights, breakfast and all taxes included, the room was clean and a good size, large bathroom, small balcony facing Brigade Road, the room was cleaned every day, no complaints about the room or the location, but be warned, if you want a quiet room then choose one at the back, Brigade Road is very noisy, noise starts at around 8am and at least to 1am.

The personal are all very friendly, smiling and ready to help with anything, no complaints there either, actually most Indian hotels I have stayed at could learn from this one.

At breakfast I found out that the hotel's restaurant is veg only, but no eggs, so maybe vegan, but butter and milk is there, the coffee is milk coffee with lots of sugar, for the western palet breakfast is very very poor, dry sliced bread, butter and jam, cornflake and 1 more cereal, 2 types of fruit, the rest is Indian buffet with 1 type of juice that changes every dag, some days it's a lassie of some kind. All in all no excitement over breakfast, I didn't try lunch or dinner. Im sure you can ask for black coffee and with no sugar.

One major disappointment was when a friend came and stayed one night in my room, instead of upgrading to a double occupancy they decided to charge for an extra bed which was double the price of an upgrading, even though I pointed out to them that I didn't get an extra bed, but an upgrade, they insisted that I should pay for an extra bed.

All in all a very nice stay.

Poor hotel overall

Poor hotel. Rooms have a lot things broken like towel holder. AC leaking water. Very noisy. Vegetarian resto only. Staff is satisfactory. They try to help despite the poor hotel infrastructure. No activities in the hotel. No swimming pool. No spa. No gym

Calm admist noise.

Located in the most happening place in bengaluru nice and calm place, with good rooms and service. In the middle of Brigade road where you find tourists, shoppers young and old with all branded goods shops it's very affordable.

I must say that management has taken consideration of the basics and not the frills. The room is quite spacious and clean. Amenities include proper air-conditioning, clean bedsheet, proper decor, neat and clean. Would be good if proper towel quality can be maintained. If you want to spend couple of days in the heart of Blore with budget, this is the best hotel in this price

Usually stay here whenever visited banaglore. Very convenient location and used to be good with hospitality and service too. Food really good still.
Rooms were in terrible state. Key cards wouldn't work even after trying 20 times. Every time we had to call someone from front desk to use their card to grant us access to the room. It was shocking to know that we need to renew key card every day with front desk???? Amused as it's normal to have the key card valid till we complete our booking dates and check out. Cable tv non operational for some weird reason. Air conditioner not working. So had to change the room.
After changing the room same issue with key card and cable tv not working till end of the stay. Internet was working on day one but next day that also stopped working till we checked out. Very sad state as on day of checkout no hot water either coming thru the tap. Front desk clueless about it. Hope they improve..... front desk had only one word to say for all inconvenience caused. "Sorry" & wash their hands off.
