This place is located down a steep slope, around a km into the interiors of Panchgani. Having your own transport is a compulsion. The pool isnt in all that great a condition. Rooms are ok, staff is courteous. What stands out is the food, be it breakfast lunch or dinner, be it veg or nonveg. This alone makes checking-in at this place worth it, always provided you are not the fussy a kind......

Terrible experience here, the price quoted was not worth half of it
The bathrooms are so small and doesn't contain even a table to sit on to take a bath.
No intercom in the room, no fans are working here
The staff washes the glasses in toilet wash basin
Swimming pool has fungus
Food is 1/5 total waste of money
No play area for kids
Blood sucking insects. The water remains as it is in wash basins
The cable tv is not working.
No wifi here.
Overall terrific, not at all recommended.

We stayed here for 3 days and had very good experience. Ome of our friend reffred this hotel. Rooms were quite well maintained, neat and clean. Even staff was very co-operative. They helped us in making our travel plan. We also had our specific food order for our kids. Overall, everything went well and perfect. Loved this stay.

Not sure why trevellers / tourists have given bad reviews. We were there for two days with kid, and found the place very good. Budgeted hotel and one should expect likewise services. Hotel Manager Dharmesh was a fantastic, he really ensured our comfort. We will visit again.

it was nice and memorable stay in pachgani and mahableshwar as well the food was delicious and staff was friendly cleanness up to the mark and view marvelous we enjoy very much planing to come again in vacation with our big groups...thanks
