Nice stay, very large room, very clean, with friendly and helpful staff. It is located just a very short walk to Robinsons Place Mall with many dining choices and good shopping opportunities. On the walk, you will be offered many ED drugs and feminine company but a polite "No thanks" and you won't be bothered further. A walk I find entertaining, not harrowing!

I did enjoy staying at this hotel. It was fairly easy to get there from Ninoy international airport by taxi. There is a Seven eleven near by. Not far is the famous intramurous area famous for Jose Rizal the national hero. The room was clean, adequate which was comfortable. They could offer cheap internet use but the breakfast was nice so overall worth a visit.

I have been several times before, now changed property but no big differences, still you have to pay in advance, but the deposit was eliminated.....
Staff is not really kind, must be a direction from owner I guess, but all in all the people behavior is acceptable

very courteous and friendly staff from the sales dept named madz, front desk phat and to the bellboy rommel. you can feel you are home although you are in an hotel. the no smoking facility is strictly enforce and being observed. it brings comfort to me and my wife who are non-smokers. the price is just about in contrast to the same hotels within the area. i will still stay on this hotel the next time we have our trip back home.

This is a good hotel. It does not have a pool or gym. The staff is friendly but lacks training at the front desk. The food is alright - only average. The internet is quick. The downside is that there are so many people begging for money just outside the front door.
