The room was small and relatively smaller than other 4 star hotels. The value for money is not very great, when compared to other premium hotels. The location of the hotel is good and accessible to the city. Amenities and staff are decent.

Visited both outdoor restaurant and @9 (level 9 restaurant). Views were amazing. Food equally amazing. We were in a group of 16 and became very confusing however the service of our waitress was phenomenal! So polite and patient!
Only con:
Difficult hotel to find if not using Uber. @9 were not providing one page of their menu which would have been convenient to have known when menus were handed out.

hotel is nice. rooms are good but the location is not that good. its not easy to find. the breakfast was really good and the hotel staff was very supportive. initially the room was not of that quality but then they upgraded it to a real good quality.

'The Fern' is my favourite hotel to stay in Ahmedabad and I have been staying here since its existence whenever I am here.
Makes me feel comfortable and the rooms are comfortable and tastefully done with lots of natural light.
It's a environmentally sensitive hotel and Tnmoy (Asst. Housekeeper) is personally looking after the comfort of the house guests.
Though the hotel has three good restaurants, I mostly enjoy my meals at the 'Garden Cafe' on the ground floor with multi-cuisine buffet.
Hospital of SOUS chef Mukesh & Dharma is worth commendation.
Santosh F&B and his team members really look after their guests and are sensetive to the guests needs.

Centrally located hotel with decent sizes room which are very comfy and well equipped in every sense. Breakfast spread is good rather lavish. Occasional upgrade if you are regular guest here. Has nice Spa facility as well in the basement area and pretty reasonable too.
