Awesome hotel in Rajkot.... Rooms are great... hospitality is good..staff s courteous and supportive.... Sooraj at reception is really helpful.... Food spread at dinner and breakfast was tremendous and tatseful.... I enjoyed eating in dining room waves with hospitality of Chef KK.... he is real god host.
Must stay if you're visiting Rajkot. Most recommended.

I have travelled on last week of Jan, was on a core business trip , booked without any preconceptions because stay for only a night, but to my surprise everything at the hotel was perfect especially restaurant, i have tried buffet dinner as they have a special food fest happening, and that was inded a fantabulous dinner and the stay was comfy indeed.
I strongly recommend this hotel and make sure all my future trips to rajkot will be spent with fern residency, thanks to the management for keeping up things well.

I stayed at Fern Residency for four 2 days and enjoyed their hospitality. The employees and the front line staff are very courteous. Brilliant service by restaurant team and specially Mr. Dheeraj restaurant manager. We also enjoyed excellent food on all the days of our stay. It was a home-like feeling and we were very very satisfied and contended with everything at FERN. I would like to recommend for Mr. Dheeraj has to be promoted to the next level of services.

Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Staffs were very courteous and were prompt in service.Location seems to be very good with both airport and railway station at a reasonable distance. Food and service in their restaurant was very good and tasty. The cost is also very reasonable. Overall a very good experience.

Except for the reception area being on the first floor(surprised me a bit till i got to know the reason) everything went perfect. The reception being on the first floor wasn't a bother at all. I must admit it was the right thing for the hotel staff responsible to do with the banquet area being on the ground floor. Clean, tidy, courteous staff - we along with kids had a comfortable stay.
