The hotel was chosen as it was close to our business location...however, the hotel is using its location to its advantage and is not at all value for money... the rooms are small compared to the money paid...Food in the hotel is very expensive...they have faulty billing practices as well... We (four of us) had snacks in the restaurant and we wanted to split the bill... the bill was posted to our room, which attracted higher rate of GST despite the service availed in the restaurant....The Staff was rude and did not even understand the view point... Will never visit this hotel...

I visited this hotel as part of my husbandâs business trip. We paid some additional charges for the plus one and stayed here for 2 days. Below listed are few highlights from our stay:
1. Very basic rooms.
2. Torn bedsheets did not create a bery good impression.
3. Torn furniture certainly did not made us happy.
4. Leaking wash basin - we notified the staff about it within 5 minutes of occupying the room but it was not fixed (and not even looked at) inspite being promised.
5. Old towels
6. Stinking kettle - we could not even use it for hot water.
7. Outside the rooms the ambience of hotel is good.
8. Parking is available.
9. Food is okay although I ordered chilly garlic noodles twice - but both times what i was given was different. Second time they gave me vegetable noodles passing it was chilly garlic. No idea how they managed this.
Also, the breakfast was below average both it terms of variety and quality/taste.
10. Room service staff is courteous.
11. Front office staff is not professional and wont accept their mistakes. I called them for wi fi password and was promised a call back. After waiting for 10 minutes i called them back and he argued saying they were calling me (to give him credit i heard the phone ringing in the opposite room). I tried clarifying that they must have called some other room but he refused to accept which is rare for me since in hospitality business staff generally tried to avoid arguments.
This hotel was priced higher than other hotels in the same category but could not justify the price. I dont think me or my husband are coming back here.

A small boutique hotel with very courteous staff. Manish from front desk upgraded my room to suite the room was well made jacuzzi was amazing, bathroom amenities were on point only moisturizer was missing, coming to breakfast well spread breakfast but bacon was not available :( Suraj and Anil were great during the breakfast Service.
I would recommend this hotel if you're going Chandigarh for a business trip.

I stayed here in 2015. I was going to Shimla with my family but from Delhi, a drive in one go to Shimla is a bit too much so we had booked a suite and a normal room at The Fern Chandigarh to spend the night. Is a boutique hotel, not very big but definitely very clean and can be termed as a small hotel of 5 star quality. Courteous staff and the master chef of the hotel really took good care of us and made some wonderful meals for us. Have stayed here before as well once in 2014. Overall a 4/5. Just opposite to Porsche Chandigarh, which was a regional office of my company where I worked, Porsche.

Well maintained property , a ok staff , good food , the housekeeping staff delays the delivery of amenities , but overall a good example just pay more attention towards what guest wants to say . You guys become admant at times .
