We have stayed at the Fern many times .. lovely spacious rooms .. friendly and helpful staff.. always a pleasure to return.
Sadly the during the last few days there was a water problem , and the bathroom water was a muddy colour.
Although the hotel said it was safe to wash with , after the 3rd day we lost confidence and sadly felt we had to move to another hotel.
However we would look forward to returning on another visit as am sure this was a one off occurrence .

We stayed in this hotel for a night on 28th of January on our business trip to Mumbai and below is my feedback
Location- Not so great
Hotel property- New property and quite good
Staff- Good and Responsive
Breakfast- Good and satisfactory
Rooms- Good
Quality of Sleep-deprived Average as beds are too soft for comfort..I personally did not like and did not get sound sleep
Price-wise Almost 8k per night..Which I felt is too much for a hotel of this standard..They say it as 4 star property but I do not agree it should be 3 star as per my view..The cost of in-room dining is too high

I visited this hotel for an official training. The food served was extremely delicious. The hotel was looking nice with the swimming pool & open area restaurant, etc. But the hotel is demanding a bit of maintenance in areas such as conference halls, lifts etc. I liked the world wall clocks placed near reception. It was looking really beautiful.

I stayed here last week and I must say that it was a pretty comfortable stay and the breakfast was just nice and simple and homey!!...Very smooth check in and check out procedures!!!....The staff was really helpful and would definitely recommend if you are planning to visit Chembur!!...Pretty close to the airport as well just about 30 mins!!

For mumbai standards the rooms are very spacious and neat. The check in was smooth and fast.For the price we pay Buffet Breakfast the spread was average and the tea was cold.It is a bit expensive compared to the facilities provided
