Stayed for a week due to no room at all 5 star properties.
Itâs a 4 star with all the good points due to personal involvement but systemic let downs.
The restaurant Ocean is average, menu needs improvement. Quality wise also it isnât it great in all meals. There are sparks of brilliance but these are rare. Amongst the staff Miss Priyanka & Miss Sushma really keep the place ticking.
House keeping staff is good & helpful. Mr Shaitan Singh was really helpful.
The management needs a makeover. They are a uncoordinated bunch.
The rooftop restaurant has a great view but very limited Indian menu.
Rest itâs just good enough but barely making it.
We still had a reasonable time.

Location is good, near to railway station. In hotel uper restaurant is super moderate looks, food was also good, service good.
Nice hotel with 5 star standards amenities. Staff is courteous and food is good . Good parking area as hotel is located in peaceful area of Jodhpur .

They upgraded my room at no extra cost as the room i've booked was given to foreigners. I'll recommend this hotel to everyone visiting Jodhpur .

Rooms were nice but not super clean (hair on bathroom floor). It's located far from the city centre and there aren't any restaurant around so unless you take a taxi you really have to eat there. The à la carte dinner was disappointing. However, the buffet breakfast was very good.

Stayed with wife for 1 night.
Room key card did not work.
The room was not ready and we had to wait for more than 25 minutes for check in even though we informed in advance about our check in time of 8 PM.
Staff could be more courteous. Service did not seem like 4 star hotel. It was like any other budget hotel. staff needs training for general behaviour about how to feel guests welcome.
