Perfect in every way

We celebrated our 10th anniversary here, having got married in The Dairy at Waddesdon Martiage in 2007. We choose a garden / courtyard suite which were super quiet as they arenât close to the road. It was tastefully designed but also cosy. The food in the restaurant was exceptional. Great service and great value for money.

I had a great stay here last year, for £75 with breakfast I couldn't grumble. I was also upgraded free of charge to a double room which was a nice bonus The rooms are plush and tastefully decorated in keeping with the old property.
Some people say I'm easily pleased but the complimentary home made cookies were a show stopper for me, a close second to the impressive grounds the hotel is set in and the impressive external façades of the building. The food is also great but I'll leave that for a separate review.
A Sad occasion but nice surroundings

My family booked the room for guests attending a funeral,
Very stylish the room table set up, Nice polite staff attending, the food was very pleasing to the Eye, but I didnât think the meat kebabs very colourful all anemic coloured and the texture looked a bit strange,,the crudités very tasty and interesting Chips That were nice, and sauces very tasty and a varied selection, very nice wines. scones with jam and cream ,out of this world very delicious, a very nice atmosphere, and We had a pleasant ,wake, meeting up with family and aquaintences ,plenty of parking space,
opposite the Church where the service was held,by a wonderful lady vicar.
I dont know what the hotel part was like , as I have never stayed there.but in beautiful surroundings,
I would choose this Hotel for surroundings, and pleasant staff, if I wanted a room in this Area.
This is the second occasion I have attended a function in the last few years and found it very acceptable.

We stayed here for on site wedding weekend having travelled along distance how lovely it was to be greeted so warmly in reception by Robert who carried our bags showed us to ou room and explained all the facillities. Our room 12 was not in the main building was quiet comfortable and seemed to have been recently refurbished it was a bit warm but as we were there for wedding we did not spend much time in it . the wedding held on site was perfect food and drink delicious and perfectly served Robert again is there nothing this man cannot do but all the staff worked extremely hard to make it a wonderful day plenty of car parking bar and resteraunt small but very comfortable . As part of a party we heard no complaints at breakfast any request was dealt with and the food was fresh and well cooked. We enjoyed our stay and the wedding was wonderful everyone was couteous and hard working. You can walk to Waddeson Manor but is was acold day when we set off so we will leave it till next time. Regarding dogs we were aware it was not dog friendly so we did not ask to take our pug but we certailly saw no dog mess anywhere. We travel a lot and were pleased with our stay no complaints
Nice Overnight Stay

We stayed here overnight after a retail therapy day in Bicester. We booked the deluxe room - which I suppose we got - in a seperate building. The room was bijou and compact but nicely furnished with a nice bathroom. The staff were lovely and the meal in the restaurant of good quality. The room was a bit hot during the night due to the towel heater but otherwise no complaints. The stay was completed with a nice breakfast spread in the morning.
I would recommend this hotel if you were looking for somewhere to stay after Bicester and looking to explore the area the day before or after.
