Peaceful, professional and clean. Upper end stay. Parking free. In heart of the mid town rich area. Little pricey in comparison to mid size city but, it deserves the price. Well trained staff and employees

It is the best top class hotel in Vadodara . It is the luxurious hotel available in Vadodara city. Rooms are just fabulous and fantastically decor as for luxurious feel . The service and staffs where to good in there work. Best for official meetings as it has a Hall to for different different events

In Vadodara, i think this is one of the best.Near to small buzzing market.Cordial staff.If you choose a room with Balcony, that is the best to have.In room dining is of high quality.You get customised foods.In room furniture/ amenities/ ambience needs to be re looked by Taj.

It is quite a grand establishment. Although I was more of a fan back when it was still the TAJ, let's face it, it's all got to change someday.
the first time I was here, it was back in 2006 and the Indian team was in town for a match against the WI. Having Sreesanth listening to ghazals next to our table was a delight back then. The opulence has risen since those days but the standards have simultaneously fallen. Don't get me wrong, it is still a beautiful experience. But it just does not have the same charm anymore.

I'd rate this hotel the #1 now at Vadodara standards.
Food now at Kai has improved greatly. It's either they have a new chef or their old chef has regenerated himself to the Asian taste. Unlike before every food you'll taste the Indian flavor in the Asian cuisine.
Nice improvement.
