This Taj is geared primarily to coach tour groups (which I am not), as evidenced by the multitude of coaches parked outside. If this describes you then the hotel provides an adequate base and has an ok Indian restaurant and a good breakfast (which I am eating now). But when a coach is about to leave the dining room gets very crowded.
If you are not in a tour group my first caveat be aware that this hotel is a 25 minute Tuk Tuk ride from the centre of town and there isn't much nearby (e.g. Restaurants) to experience. The concierges are very useful in recommending things to see and they have cars (not exactly cheap) that will take you into town. The rooms are ok and the internet works well.
This Taj feels much more like a 'factory' compared to other Taj properties where I have stayed. While we were here there were two huge Indian weddings (at the same time) in the garden and they could be heard in our room. It also feels like an impersonal drop off place for a cycle of coach travellers, which is fine if that is what you're part of. Good luck!

Perfect for an escape from the âstimulus â of Varanasi. Service is excellent and the rooms comfortable. Food ok, especially in the main buffet restaurant although the proper restaurant was disappointing
Loved watching the daily Indian weddings - lots of glitter and sparkle

If that's what you're looking for, this will do just fine. Staff are everywhere, doing everything. Restaurant is good but expensive, with an extensive dinner and breakfast buffet. Grounds are vast and well kept. Clean swimming pool. Bird watching possible. Not a good location for visiting the Ganga.

This hotel, set away from the city centre and about a 10 minute tuktuk ride from the ghats, is one of the best we have stayed at during our 6 week trip around India.
The bedroom was large and comfortable, the bathroom very modern, and the bed extremely comfortable. The staff, especially in the restaurants, were extremely welcoming and friendly, the food was delicious. What more could you ask for?
Ok, it may lack a little character externally, but with such good service and staff, who cares?

Here I visit with my family for party.. It is situated in nadesar palace ground..here online booking are available.. Here park , swimming pool, ac room etc are present..here we all family enjoy very much and I also suggest for other people that they come here and enjoy a lot..thanks
