Typical business hotel for people who are passing by the region by car.Can never be preferred for any other purpose.Clean but not so much, quiet but still in font of a busy street, breakfast poor in regular days but better when it is exhibition period etc etc...

Exactly what expected and wanted. Location wise it is not a hotel you would go to when visiting Paris but was ideal for the Fete. Very clean and functional. Area around it nothing special but quiet and friendly enough and a nice walk to the Fete de Humanite every day. Le Bourget five / ten minutes walk with restaurants and bars aplenty. Breakfast buffet continental style. Help yourself to as much as you want and as many coffees as you need. No complaints at all about service and would use again.

I guess when you want to save on hotel cost, you get what you paid for. The rooms were clean, but the staff was not helpful and spoke little or no English. The parking was gated, but the gates were usually open, even late at night. Breakfast buffet was nothing special and if you arrived late, you only got the leftovers as nobody tended it or refilled. The location was scary and its the first time in my travels that I felt unsafe.

We stayed in the ibis for 2 nights in a smoking room when had previously chosen a non smoking room. Cigarettes stains were embedded into the carpet and the whole room continuously smelt of smoke when we are non smokers ourselves. Staff were very rude were not helpful or polite at all customer service is terrible. When trying to ask a question to one of the house keepers she continued to ignore me and laugh with her staff members and was not interested in any way shape or form. Would definitely not recommend and would not return

Clean and basic rooms, typical continental breakfast with no variation over the 4 day stay. Situated in a industrial area with next to no local restaurants and bars they all close at weekends, definitely not a tourist area. Everything is a 20+ minute walk, including the station. We were also told to be careful at night walking the area!
Staff were great and very helpful.
