Buzz is all about good food, soothing Ambience, amazing hospitality and that too without any showoff. Dinner buffet was good with plethora of vegetarian options from curries (north and south) to breads of your choice. The warmth of service associate (forgot the name I think Saravana) was noteworthy. The helping brotherhood of Chef Shobhit may make your day so much better if you visit here alone too. Thankyou Shobhit.

Taste wise food is good. Masala kulche was made perfect in such a less time. Sambar rice was superb. Desserts were just okay for a vegetarian.
Some areas need improvement such as : the items seem to be quite bland and non spicy at all. Please add a bit of more chillies in the curries to match the taste of Indian folks too. I mean add a bit of Indian tadka in food. Even your western guests may love to eat authentic Indian food. This is just a suggestion. Buzz and the gateway are always recommended and close to my heart.

Very nice buffet meal with Jaffa, the executive chef and his team. A particular must is the local signature dishes of Chennai, South India, consisting of Mutton sukka - Lamb cooked dry with south Indian spices
Kozhi Varuval â Chicken cooked with browned coconut and mild spices
Keerai Masiyal â Greens and lentil cooked dry
Urulai Roast â Baby potato tempered with curry leaves and mild spices.
Well presented and eminently quaffable!

Pretty and welcoming hotel with nice accommodations and very well located. I spent 6 days and have been well welcomed by people always caring.
Executive suites are good but the hotel is stills a bit noisy due to OMR traffic.
Hotel arranged everything very well to organise a quick escapade to Mahabalipuram.

I visit this place very frequently and have always been impressed. Especially the service in the restaurants has been phenomenal and the food is amazing.
Everything from Indian delicacies to Cakes and Desserts have been impressive. Special mention for Chef Shobit and Restaurant Manager Satish that go out of their way to accommodate all your requests. The staff is very friendly and the ambience is warm.
Iâd recommend the Mutton Roghan curry and their buffet spread.

Had a memorable one week in Chennai while on an official trip. What was amazing is the service standardization that the hotel offered. People from front desk to room service were all full of energy carrying broad beautiful smiles. I have my special complements to the standout names Mr. Bhaskaran, Mr. Shyam, Mr. Sourav from the Buzz restaurant, Mr. Balaji, the gym trainer and Mr. Perazhagan from the swirl were all ready to go that extra mile to tailor the service for me. I could not keep track of everyone's name here, but this has been by far one of the best business stays I have ever had.
