GM fully justifies his post. Very vigilant about service rendered by staff. Dilbar is excellent chef . He understands requirements of guest and serves delicious food accordingly. House keeping so also front office very competent. I am at ease when stay. I donât like to stay anywhere else when in Bangalore.

Stayed for a 2 night official trip. While checking in was made to wait so as to get my GST details right. To my surprise nothing was updated hence delaying the checkout. This apart the hotel is a good value for money especially given the location with a fairly decent breakfast spread.

had a good stay here on an urgent visit to Bangalore. Hotel is located at the heart of the city at the Residency Road- MGRoad intersection. The road will be too busy always. However, once inside the hotel, you get a very cool and comfortable atmosphere. The checkin experience was very good. The room was very comfortable. They had two restaurants, both of which we used. I like and will definitely vote for Karavalli restaurant as the better.

Last week i stayed at this property for 3 nights,it was a business trip and this was my second stay after 11 years,but believe u me i experienced the same hospitality and same quality even after 11 years.Hats off to the guys,its just so perfect out there.Bang near Brigade road,MG road.You will get an Udipi restaurant next door.
Check in was really fast and i was given a room in the 1st floor overlooking the swimming pool.Comfortable bed,clean sheets,fantastic bathroom with all toiletries,hair dryer .I wanted an Iron board which i found in the room already,didnt had to call for that.
Breakfast was really something to look for as u have almost everything u need to eat ..Continental,Indian .Best is you do not have to wait for those Toast,as those comes as fast as u order and these are hot and perfectly toasted.
I had my flight on sunday night but i had to book for Monday as well as they do not have any policy for that late check out,this is something the management must look into as like me there might be others who might have late evening flight but they have to pay for an extra day without staying.
Chandra front the front desk was really helpful,went out of the way to assist me with a bottle of water and helpful tips.
Only issue i faced was the loud noise coming out of the next door Pub ( community),on Friday they were making so much noise i could hear from my room.
Over all fantastic stay and i will certainly recommend this hotel to others..Will visit again

This is Taj group hotel but surprised whether this fits into 5 star category considering amenities, room size. It may fit into 4 star except for the price.
When I ordered Milk for my son, found worm in the milk. Staff mentioned flask might not have been cleaned properly. Definitely, this is not expected in any hotel and for that matter, in Taj group of hotels.
