We booked for three nights. The location is perfect if flying out of Surat airport. Less than 10 minutes to the airport.
There is a shopping mall close by, and staff was very attentive to us.
The only draw back was the internet service, our connection kept dropping. Iâm not sure if this is a hotel issue or an issue in general in Surat?
We also had an issue in general using the ATM, not related to the hotel at all. Once we arrived in Mumbai no issues using the ATM. So, having said this Iâm not sure where the fault is regarding the internet.
The hotel is nice, clean, and hot water when taking showers, no complaint here.

Close About to airplane terminal The Grand Bhagwati. Decent place of Surat. Great lodging and decent staff. hello all are dealing with us and served us cordially with grinning face Room is cleanness and Big .Food is great more verities. Kind of best place to stay in Surat . Beautifully designed hotel with gorgeous ambiance and nicely done rooms with great view of outside city . Staff could be some more courteous in line with the stature of the property. Check in was not good and I was left on my own to find lift and the room allotted to me . Check out was fine , with lady in the counter being professional in her prompt and courteous actions . Room service is prompt and good with lot of variety to select to order . This hotel has a good cake shop and they make good designer cakes also .

Stayed here for a night en-route. Had my uncle who had a medical condition needing utmost care n attention. Right fm chk-in to the dinner to night sleep to breakfast....perfectly attended & well taken care. Dinner at jade, thx to henit & team was well prepared n served. Breakfast spread is simply super.
A special mention to the house keeping staff, by the time i chk-out fm the room & reach the reception completing the chk-out formalities the staff comes running with the phone charger i had forgotten in the room. That was super quick n very alert staff.

good hotel near airport . location is very nicechreck in is also good . just one thing needs to improve linin is quite old but well cleaned very helpfull staff i like that place bacuse its nearest from my office
