good comfortable stay; good food , good service, friendly staff, helpful, reasonably neat, close to the bus stop, quiet surroundings, close to the beach, autos available just outside the hotel, good ambience, gud wifi connectivity.

Me & my sister came here from 13th Jan to 17th Jan. 4N/5D
We had a good communication between receptionist and tour guide.
They offers package also which includes sightseeing in North & South Goa and boat ride tickets during sunset.
Dona Paula Beach & Jetty are only 350meter away from hotel which is walkable.
Next time will be staying in same hotel.
Ms Vanessa has good communication between customer and herself.
She gave me good Jetty view room and Little bigger room.
So she is Best Working Young Lady in whole Hotel

We were a couple and staying at this hotel, did not like much, fortunately hotel owner present and upon asking for the refunds he started using abusive language, he was too arrogant n rude.
I am still surprised that such people exist in hospitality industry. They do not know even how to talk. Money is not a concern there behavior is a huge concern over here.
This 100 times before going to this place.
Last thing why we wanted to shift coz it is too far from major attractions of Goa and popular beaches.

This is review for their abysmal customer service at the front desk. I did not actually get to stay at the hotel as they cancelled my reservation hrs before my arrival. I booked the hotel on booking.com which retains my credit card. The cancellation policy for the guest was 36 hrs. I arrived at the hotel at 11 PM at night tired from a whole day of travel and then was informed that the hotel has given away my room. Apparently there is fine print that if the guest does not show up by 3P!!! the hotel is able to cancel the guest's reservation unilaterally????? 3P?? That's almost the time when most hotel would allow check-ins. What is worse is that the hotel had both my phone and email contact, but never did they attempted to contact me to confirm I am not staying the night or that they have given away my room to make more money. The hotel staff was condescending, unapologetic and apathetic. Now, I wasted tons of money on Taxi(1 HR ride) to the hotel and stranded without lodging at 11 pm at night...... Do NOT support such unethical establishment!

My friend and I stayed at this hotel for two nights and had a very pleasant stay. The bathroom was spacious and clean to European standards, the breakfast very yummy and reception staff was very friendly and helpful. We did two tours which the hotel organized and we were both very satisfied. The price is good if you book in advance and the location is quiet and very popular among locals.
