Awesome hotel with a great location & pool. Elegant lobby & great staff. Easy to walk to Mall of Asia or catch their shuttle. Lots of restaurants near by. Pool is nice & clean. Food is good but expensive. There's a service fee on everything you order. $30 for 2 burgers & cokes. That's alot in the Philippines!

I reviewed the prior page and now I am forced to review again. tripadvisor is performing badly here and I am not amused about this behavior. Also tripadvisor should make life more enjoyable instead of makling it more complicated when it is not neccessary.

Heritage Manila is one the old, finer hotels located near the airport, malls and even hospitals. The location is very convenient, and it is a favorite hotel of our family. But is is unfortunate that the service has declined along its age. The amenities are old too (towels, beddings) and they even locked the minibar, asking for a deposit so that we can use the fridge! Housekeeping has failed more than once, not supplying us with what we paid for: extra bed, extra beddings and towels. We kept on calling housekeeping because they keep on forgetting that there are 3 guests in the room! They should have noted this since we booked early.

The food was lovely and entertainment was great.. my sister in law who came to visit also thought it was better than where she was staying...returning here soon..I found the fridge a little strange that it was locked and needed a deposit to have it opened even though credit card details kept.. but besides this everything was available in room..great place..my new home in Manila

One night in Manila and we decided to stay here. The booking online went smoothly, although the pictures where quite deceiving this is not a five star hotel.
Plus sides:
+ Staff was very friendly!
+ Air con
+ Ok âPhilippineâ Wifi
+ Pool an gym available
+ Ok stay for one night
Minus:
- Not as nice as it looks on the pictures
- Not value for the money
- Quite worn down
- Smelt like mold mixed with smoke
- Not very clean
- The location was terrible
- Food was problaby the worst we have eaten on our whole trip here.
A tip if your going to Manila stay in the neighborhood Makati there you have more restaurant choices and a bit higher standard of hotels.
