They have amazing service all the time and pretty good food. A bit expensive, but they strive for making the customer happy. Pleasure Pie is also a good cafe run by them. Their tea and coffee is amazing, and their service.

cute little place close to the airport. no sea view of course due to the location, but it has the town / market/ rly stn and everything reqd in close proximity.
the food and stay experience is good and homely. overall, good for short business and non frill stays!

Yeah That is Good hotel! But I spent from my Credit Card during I book! When I leave from that Room also they took money!
They told ââtripadvisor will return my money?
They just hold my money from my credit card!ââ

The hotel was a little tired and the sheets smelled like smoke. The staff were fine but not super helpful (I had to ask multiple times for a wifi code and then the internet was patchy at best). The 'pool' was a sad sight on the roof (don't plan on lounging by it). If you need a hotel near the airport though, this is a fine place to stay.

The great thing about this hotel is that it is close to the airport so if you are just in transit or need a decent place to stay for a flight next day , then this is the place to stay as there are no good hotels in very close proximity of the hotel. Vasco Da Gama is a nice, clean locality and this hotel is on the high street.
The staff are polite and hospitable and were helpful. We had a set buffet in the restaurant and there was a good choice of food. Breakfast was good too although not what you would expect in a four star hotel.
Rooms/ bathroom/ furniture are dated and certainly in need of replacement/ modernisation. Did not use any other facilities.
The prepaid taxi from airport to hotel was 200 rupees and on the way back the hotel sent their own car , for which they charged 300 rupees which was fine. If that is the charge , then i would certainly suggest that you book the hotel to collect from the airport as there were four in our party and four cases and couple of other small hand luggage.
I would certainly say its not 4 star, but worth staying if you want somewhere close to the airport or a couple of days in Vasco which was a pleasant area.
