Chose this hotel as a last resort and since it was close to where I had to visit. Nothing great to speak off. Quite old and needs a complete face lift. Food quality and taste can definitely be improved. Everything tasted bland and the same goes for the staff and service.

A good place but poorly managed. Chose this place over other 5 ð property's after listening to the music in the rockers cafe one afternoon.
Decided to stay for the experience
The check in experience today was awful.
The best rates offered , even after a persistent query, are far in excess of the going rate in any website. While I was attempting a check in through a drive provider, the receptionist went around the corner and I did not get my reservation online. I apprehend it's a deliberate marketing trick.
Do not fall for it.
Needless to state the experience of the stay subsequently has been awful

The moment we arrived nobody greet or welcome us that's the worst beginning ever when you travel and come to relax at a hotel,we had book 1 large bed where we were shown twin bedroom So we have to come back down to reception and ask for 1 large bed where the guy say tht their hotel doesn't have large bedroom, later the receptionist started arguing instead of offering for a water then he let us wait spoke to his manager even the manager didn't show up instead he spoke with us on phone which is a bad way to communicate to a guest and they gave us 1 large bedroom I don't know from where they got this one now,we were so exhausted that we just took a nap later when we woke and and try to get fresh we notice that this room was so filthy and disgusting so we went back to receptionist and ask him if he can change the room but he said tht they are fully booked which I don't think is true, However we just wanted to finish our night and run away from this hotel so we spend our whole evening out and just came to sleep,This hotel is not good and even the staff are rude after paying 2280 rupees we were not offered breakfast and not even tea or coffee as their was no amenities provided apart from towel and soap,we also had to spend the night sleepless as their were so many mosquitoes in the room,The hotel has a nice slogan which says "NOBODY KNOWS YOU BETTER" which is true that NOBODY KNOWS THE HOTEL IS BETTER UNTIL THEY STAY HERE.

Iâve stayed there on 5th dec for 3 days in a executive delux room, iâm happy with my stay, delightful experience there were a little mosquitoâs, the bath tub was big and spacious comfortable big hall and a big king size bed

Good location a few yards from metro station. The hotel is a little tired but work was ongoing to freshen it up. The work going did not disturb us at all. Guests receive a 20% discount on food and drinks which makes it very cheap. The food was some of the best we had in India.
