I am a regular visitor to mahableshawar and ishwar inn frm last 12years. Ishwar inn is the place I lv to stay fr food and serenity n peace.Food is awsum.. Ambience isgood blessed with nature's gift,you get to see lovely birds ,squirrels n monkeys here. Garden is beautiful,hotel is away frm market crowd but near enough for a walk.. Places you can visit there are market local spots ,panchagani ,vaai and mala garden .Mala garden is a good place fr shopping and outing.Pratapgadh forte is one of the historical fort by The Great King Shivaji.Must visit to bow down. Mahableshwar is worth staying for 2nights and 3days. Venna lake area has lot of games for kids. You can visit waai while returning from mahableshwar on mumbai route ,excellent journey and good place to purchase local organic spices and turmeric powder and pickles.Not to forget most loved strawberries and carrots shopping on last day in early morning .overall ishwar inn is a good place to stay if you like simple nonglossy yet quality and serene location .swimming pool is to small,but good enough for kids .

This hotel is just at the start of Mahabaleshwar if you are coming Mahad side. The property is very good and best for the price point. I stayed there for 3 nights and it was pleasant stay.
Food is very good. Especially if you are Jain it's delight. The chef is Rajasthani thus they offer mainly Rajasthani and Gujarati cuisine.
Do remember to walk to MTDC resort just opposite for Kerala Ayurvedic Spa.

We booked this hotel online and stayed there for 1 night. Rooms are spacious and clean. Hot water available for limited time period. Food was average, nothing special to mention about. Swimming pool was good. Recreation area is small with limited options. Small garden and kids play area is just ok.
You need to have your own vehicle if you are staying here because hotel is far from the market. Good place if you are going in a group to enjoy.

We were group of 30 peoples booked this hotel for 4 days located deep inside the dark woods were you hardly find transportation because hotel doesn't find you one , and far away from the local market as well....
Poor food which end up with stomach upsets for many of them,Rooms are not worth of money no hot water through out the day,poor Air Cons, unprofessional staff that refuses room-service even for a bottle of water or cup of tea,bad transportation services for site seeing which is nerve breaking even though you pay...
Arrogant Owner doesn't care he's just after shelling out money from peoples pocket, for him his staff is more important than the guests cuz of the reason he doesn't get enough staff to run his property..
Zero recommendation for my fellow travellers you may find better option around the market place ...

The services of this hotel is not at all good. They hav prepared a timetable like we have come in a boarding school.sharp we hav to drink tea at 7'o clock if it is late they tell the tea is not available. Very bad The receptionist is very rude and irresponsible. The food is not very good. And the most important part the transport services of the hotel is third class. I personally advice people not at all to choose this hotel to spend time. It is just waste of money...
