The villa itself is ok and quite roomy, the staff were all very lovely and helpful. However the linen needs replacing as the sheets and towels were thread bare and covered in stains. The price is reasonable and the location is good, breakfast was good but very basic. Just a few things need updating.

Staff extremely helpful and professional
The 2 bedroom villa with private pool, rooms were spacious and air con works well, bathrooms outdoors but undercover, they do get hot. Room service quick and efficient. Location is great you can walk to the shops, restaurants and beach. Nice and quite at night. Taxis donât like driving down the narrow lane way to get to the villas, tell them Ultimo restaurant or IZE hotel and then direct them down the lane way.
Menu needs more variety and better choice especially for breakfast. Wifi can be hit and miss.

Enjoyed our stay here. Very quiet area but not far from all the bars and restaurants.
Our Villa pool was clean and orientated perfectly to catch the sun all day.

Enjoyed our stay. Shower had decent pressure and was hot. The pool was nice and clean. It was very refreshing. Only let down was the wifi in the villa. Works best in the restaurant area. Staff very helpful and friendly. Air con really cools down the bedroom area quickly. Less than 5 mins to the main eat street. Taxis will avoid going down the narrow laneway however. We just asked to be dropped off at Rumours, most taxis knew this place, then just walked down the laneway.
