Rooms are good, spacious & most importantly clean. But remember to book this property in advance, as during a long weekend, the charges go up by almost double. But surely there are better options in Lonavala at the same price point.

I had been for a day trip once again with my girly gang to Lagoona Resort, Lonavala. I am so overwhelmed with the amazing time we had there. This definitely was only possible because of the awesome well trained staff and their super friendly nature.
The meals were delicious. The Rooms we were given were so beautiful with the amazing breath taking view.
I am so happy that I went there today...again.
I definitely will visit this resort again...and...again.

Service - This is about the restaurant of the resort particularly. Seems that the management is not geared enough for handling a party of 150-200+ guests at buffets. Though there are enough employees in the restaurant, obviously, there is no managed coordination amongst them. The refilling cycle for many menu items after getting over was woeful. While some guests had got them on their plates, other guests had to wait/take breaks in midst of meals. Even the spoons and plates were short of the required number! Amenities - A basic need, the wash-basin, has NOT been installed in the restaurant area, although 3-4 wash-basins can easily be accomodated. Hence, guests have to traverse 75-80 feet to the washrooms(!) on the other side of the lobby to wash their mouths and hands!

we went for a short 2 day trip to Lonavala and our stay at Lagoona Resort was a pleasant one..
we had our room on 3rd floor with a balcony with a nice view.. room was big and clean
swimming pool was nice and clean and food was good. however there were few issues.. main issue was no internet in rooms which is hard to see in a 4star hotel in today's age.. these days Internet is must.. another thing was not too many options in breakfast compared to other hotels we have stayed in
overall i wud recommend this to all and would definitely go back there if we travel to lonavala again

We had been for our annual office picnic in December to Lagoona Resort. We wanted a place which could accommodate 60-70 persons, have a swimming pool and a good DJ facility for the evening party and dance. After scouting for a lot of places around Mumbai, we zeroed on Lagoona Resort after considering the infrastructure available and the easy reachability from Mumbai.
The staff is very attentive to the needs and makes arrangements as required. The accommodation ( rooms) are fairly large and can easily cater for double occupancy. The swimming pool is well maintained. The lawns can cater for the dance floor and DJ. There is sufficient parking space for buses and cars within the hotel compound.
The food served both Veg and Non Veg was good and had decent spread. The hotel arranges a trek in the morning to a nearby lake which was quite good.
Overall a memorable picnic destination which is flexible to customer needs.
