Best location as very near to a big mall, excellent rooms, good food, prompt service, very nice amenities like pool, gym, etc, overall little over priced for kanpur, food should be improved. no other property in kanpur can match it

Location is good. I understood from friends that this is one of the best hotels in Kanpur. Rooms are a four-star+ category.
-Check-in experience was good.
-Room service is average.
-In Winter it takes some time for room to heat up and same for water in the bathroom.
- Breakfast spread is good and staff there was helpful. I liked parathas and chai.
- Food cost is reasonable.
I would like to stay again if I visit Kapur.

This is by far the best hotel in Kanpur as no other hotel comes close. The hospitality and the customer service provided by Mr. Akash was by far exceptional, specially dealing with the issues we faced. The professionalism and the customer service of Mr. Akash was on par with what I have seen at the best hotels in Mumbai and Delhi.

This is perhaps one of the better hotels in Kanpur and still very modest. It is located on a main road close to a local market. Around the hotel are shops and bazaar. Rooms are average for a four star and breakfast (included) is very average also. Service in restaurant is rather poor and not professional.

Staff is good and cooperative
Rooms are clean and specious
Breakfast is tasty try north india stuff!!!
One must try evening/ night time at Skybar open terrace area
Overall good for business and leisure
Amenities were good
