Not to impressed with parking, cars locked in after 10 pm so if going out you have to park on the street which is very difficult or unlight track at back of hotel
Manager / owner very abrupt with my question about parking.
Other staff friendly and kitchen and dining area very clean.

there was 12 of us went for a chrisrening we had a great stay rooms very good the lady who owened the hotel mary was fantastic so welcoming food very good stay again the hotel is run by mary and her family great job thank you for a great stay

I was booked in here to stay for a few day in November 2017, however I cancelled the booking in arrival. It is definitely one of, if not the worst hotel in Northampton. Rude staff and very unclean. It seems reasonably priced but it is really not worth it.

Arrived Saturday early afternoon and got booked in and the keys to our room were given immediately. Room was spacious and relatively clean. A few cobwebs around the ceiling but the beds and bathroom were all fine. Having read some reviews on here I was a little sceptical about what to expect but was pleasantly surprised. The room was nice and warm (much appreciated yesterday!), although my husband struggled somewhat with the stairs as we were on the top floor. I slept well and really enjoyed the lovely breakfast this morning - it was amazing and the service was faultless. For a budget hotel this was really good. At the end of the day, if you want 5 star luxury you will pay and stay elsewhere, but for a short stay this was really great value for money. It is good to have secure on sight parking (although the âroadâ into the car park is in desperate need of some TLC), and the hotel is only a 10 minute walk into town.

What a great hotel! It is run by a really welcoming family and Mary is a superb host!
Breakfast was very nice, hot and fresh!
Rooms are very clean and are a good size. Big double shower.
Thank you for a great visit and 1st class hospitality
