It was just a 1-day stay but rooms are good. You do get an option to select a pillow according to your needs and room had all basic stuff. 1 minor thing missing was the dental kit, usually it is there in most luxury hotels but except that everything was fine.

I cannot praise this hotel sufficiently from the attentive staff to the excellent food. The facilities are excellent with a superb warm pool and a great gym. The beds are exceptionally comfortable. I must praise the assistant manager of the front office, Akshay Jadhav, who was outstandingly helpful.

Lovely Hotel, love the heritage look n feel . Proud to showcase India and it's culture. Rooms too have a mix of very and heritage feel. Good restaurants to eat especially since I'm a fan of Chinese food I highly recommend the Great Of China and the Coffee shop for super mix of cuisine to satisfy any foodie. Lovely helpful and courteous staff.

One of the best hotels we have ever stayed at!!! A real resort feeling, even though you are in Mumbai â a real oasis!!! Absolutely amazing service, beautiful grounds, top notch food at all restaurants!!! The Royal Club Level is well worth it!!!
Special thank you to Deepak, Sujit, Vijay, Divya, Shweta and Samson for their outstanding service, especially with respect to how well they treated our children!!! The kids didnât want to leave!!!!

Great room being on the biz floor Totally worth it. Service was not intrusive. Did find the carpets on the rest of the floors requiring a turnover In all an experience not to be missed Been visiting this hotel since 2000
