My husband and I stayed here this weekend, the hotel was clean, quiet with a great view across the mersey. A short 5 minutes walk from to the ferry terminal that ran regular, and cheap taxis from Liverpool to hotel. Friendly corner shop to top up walrus travel card.
Dave who runs The Liverview was very friendly and helpful, great breakfast and a lovely friendly dog. Would stay again.

Stayed here for a nearby business course that was only a 6 minute walk away.
Excellent value for money, great room with everything you need, clean and modern.
Breakfast was spot on every morning. You can have a choice of cereals & orange juice followed by a full English breakfast which was amazing, toast and of course tea or fresh coffee.
I would highly recommend and would most definitely stay here again.

The Liver View is a nice little hotel, with a very good view of the waterfront. It is solely run by a guy who is extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast in the mornings is included, with unlimited coffee/tea refills and a cracking English breakfast. The only downside to the Liver View is actually nothing to do with the hotel itself, but the area it is in. It is about 10 minutes in a taxi to the closest restaurant/nightlife with very little going on in and around the hotel itself. Safe parking in the back is a big plus also. If I were staying for business again I would definitely be back!

This place is perfect for exploring Liverpool.
The room was spacious with great views over the Mersey and terminal. We stayed for 2 nights, first night Dave the host recommended we went to New Brighton. We did and had a great night.
Breakfast next morning was cooked to order, delicious.
We spent the day in Liverpool, ferry terminal is a 5 minute walk.
If we ever came back to Liverpool then we'd definitely stay here again. Excellent.

The hotel is geographically well situated with good access to both the Wirral and Liverpool; its immediate surroundings are currently a bit grim but there are developments in the area that are likely to improve things in future (not creating and noise or nuisance).
The room fit, decor and cleanliness was good and the shower room very clean and fully functioning.
Full English breakfast was good.
This would be a 'Good' hotel for one at £20 a night more; for the current price it's a bargain and so much better than modern concrete and plastic ones.
