we stayed in the month of january 2018 for wedding function the hotel is clean and good
but the service i is very poor if your ask for something in house keeping it will take one hrs for service the front office people is not that much great

In a very well situated area, calm and cool, this guest house offers elegant rooms and mini suites. Well maintained. Helpful staff and service with a smile. Renovation currently on. Water supply in the bathroom is to be reviewed.

Had a not so good experience. The restaurant of the hotel was under renovation which was neither published nor informed. Due to paucity of staff the services leave much to be desired. On the whole this hotel is not worth the spend.

Stayed here on 2&3 Dec.The location of this hotel is in a decent and quite locality away from the city crowd and noise yet closely connected to market,beach,airport etc. Strongly recommended for family and couples.The staff here (from the security guard to the management staff) are very decent, polite and helpful.They serve good yummy breakfast.The junior suite room where we stayed was clean, big and comfortable.One example of customer service: I had an easy early check in and on the next day I requested the reception for 1 hour late checkout and they agreed to it immediately without any additional cost. I had experience with other hotels where customer has to request a lot for early checkin or late check out and even has to pay for it specially if you have booked it online. I booked this hotel through Yatra at a very good deal. Will recommend it to family, couples and solo (male/female ) travelers.

Very Nice and Clean Apartment. We stayed for 3nights and Really enjoyed the service. Room very Simple but classyly decorated. Bathroom very clean.Breakfast really good. Kids will love this place. 5mins away from T nagar the heart of Shopping in Chennai. We loved everything about this place.
