Had no hot water in the morning for a shower. Brought it to the attention of receptionist on checkout, her reaction was as if she didnât care.No apology or engagement on the issue.
Breakfast area dirty, food on the carpet left there and walked on, staff unfriendly.

We were just at this hotel and I must say it was fabulous beautiful looking interior , well lite, fantastic staff and the breakfast is just the best, I am gluten intolerant so to find somewhere that has such a delicious variety for me is fantastic! Every opportunity I had to talk to the staff they were so genuine and friendly. they were such a pleasure to deal with from reception staff , the kitchen and waiting staff , to the cleaners everyone was just so nice and helpful , I am visually impaired so to be treated with respect and authenticity was lovely it's made me feel very welcomed.We are back again for a couple of days for Valentine's so really looking forward to trying out the restaurant this time. Would highly recommend this hotel it's hard to believe it's such good value for such an excellent hotel.

Felt very discriminated against because of my age , Im 20 both receptionist looked down at me and my girlfriend in a very snobby manner , we stayed for 3 days and had two occurrence of the maids unexpectedly walking into our room and when confronted the first reply was not in English and then the second reply was "i was told by reception to check if someone was in the room" the overall stay i felt that i had no privacy and spent the majority of the time worrying about the maids walking in unexpectedly without knocking , every single time i walked through the reception i was asked to show my room key and give my name .

Our 1st stay and won't be our last!
We arrived Saturday afternoon around 3.40pm and went to check in and our booking made on 21/12/17 via booking.com couldnt be found.
It was very busy in reception at that time and as i inwardly panicked the lovely receptionist (apologies i didnt get yours or your manager's name!) Said not to worry to take a seat and offered us a complimentary cup of tea whilst she got the manager and tried to sort it out!
A little while later after not being able to retrieve our booking even with the confirmation pin number and email - the manager very kindly offered us not only a room, but an upgrade to a suite and included breakfast also!
The room was fabulous, we later ate in the restaurant and couldn't fault anything.
This was excellent customer service - we were very impressed! Im just sorry i didn't take your names!

Had a very good meal in the bar which is a little dated but very clean and tidy. I had the beef short ribs which were very good. The service was efficient and friendly. A very good experience had by all our group, look forward to coming back.
