Rooms were nic food was also good enough and staff too were very helpfull ....only i would like to suggest one thing was that there should be 1 tea kettle though it was a vry cold palce people wll like to make a tea by themself instead of ordering and waiting for long time....rather dn that all good they also gave us a late c/out and and really must appreciate all the staff from resturent ,Reception and House keeping thank you Mr.Navin from Restaurant if m nt wrong and Akram and team from Front office.

The hotel looks average in service and hospitality. booked for 1 night in year end, bu hotel rooms are so cold and will not warm you up.
Few points:
1. Location is average, no market near by.
2. Average service as guys are seems to be less professional (Sarkari)
3. Restaurant person treating like they are servicing you just they have to do (Sarkari)
4. Reception person also like same, sarkari nature.
5. To our surprise while checking out at 6 am, i asked for Wake up call @ 5 am. instead of any call, I went to reception and asked the person to wake up at 6 am.
6. But still reception person didn't wake up and asked one of room service boy to prepare checkout slip.
7. Asked for morning TEA, but they told rest will open at 8 am only.
8. They claim for 24 hrs hot running water, but seriously there was no hot water for me (i don't know for others)
9. Less parking space available for vehicles.

A neat and clean hotel with nice room. Size of the room is quite good and especially the food. Quality of food was excellent and worth. Breakfast was buffet which was quite worth. North Indian foods are also available and are best in tastes . Hotel staffs are very much helpful and well mannered especially JAVED. Javed arranged for everything what we need for this trip. Overall, if anyone is looking for good hotel in quite reasonable price in OOTY, I must suggest MAJESTIC CROWN is the best.

Room was average and lacked heating. You can get a heater for Rs 300 per night from the front desk. Heater has minimal heating efficiency. Overall service was average. Dinesh at front desk was superb and very helpful. He personally took care of our needs. Staff is friendly. Breakfast was very good and service was great, particularly Khalid Mohammed was excellent and took personal care of our family of five very nicely. In general we saw him to be very considerate of all customers. Buffet items were kept well stocked by him.

This place is excellent. A very decent places for couples and families. A hotel staff named Javid (8508061777) helped us in transportation and good food facility throughout the stay. He is quite approachable in any query very friendly maintains professionalism kudos to Javid an thanks I would surely visit the same hotel the next time I visit ooty. Overall, it was a pleasant and a comfortable stay.
