Excellent location at the center of the city with clean rooms. However some small things are missing. For example in the bathroom there is no towel rack to hang wet towel also there is no waste basket placed. The shower is so located that the whole bathroom gets wet and slippery. Room service too takes time. Breakfast is complimentary and good. Even their restaurant Balle Balle food is tasty with less spices. But there is too much advertisement about liquor in the hotel with offers of buy two get one free like that. These are deterrent for any family crowd.

We visited Aurangabad to see the beauty of Ajanta and Ellora caves and decided to book The Manor Hotel.
It was a 2.5 to 3 star hotel with all the facilities. We just loved the ambience of the room and the hospitality.
Also, there was good hygiene and cleanliness maintained. The rooms were cleaned everyday without a miss and also for the travel related queries in the city the hotel staff was very supportive.
I would recommend to book this hotel if you plan to visit Aurangabad.

Hotel location center of city good environment checking in out process good room was good service and food also good house keeping job excellent house keeping keep room clean and neet with all amenities fresh air in room house keeping team giving excellent service. Next visit definitely stay with u excellent job from house keeping keep it up.....

Booked the hotel for my parents. The room is below average and dirty. Housekeeping is poor. Staff not willing to even clean the room or change the sheets.
Furniture is very aged.
Toilets drain choked.
Sheets are dirty.
Surely shall not recommend.

Good & comfortable stay. Clean rooms.
The breakfast is verry good. restaurant food & service is excellent
Will definitely stay here next trip as its value for money.
