My stay at Hotel Maple leaf was good. The location and ambience of the hotel is good. The rooms are neat and clean but of small size. The food and services are good. Overall it was a good stay.this hotel service is very very good.

Stayed here with my family end may and early june 2017. Nice and comfortable stay, courteous staff. Complimentary breakfast was not available which was a let down. Clean rooms and toilets. All over experience was more or less okay.

Very bad experience of mine while I stayed there for one night. The service is very very poor. Actually, the guys are not at all service oriented. Not worth of money spent. Breakfast is also limited and very little choice.

The location of the hotel is excellent.The service is very very slow...of course I had read this in the reviews before booking but I thought some guest are bit too hyper....I too need to make mention, every time we called room service, there would be no response...its only after calling the front desk that our request would be addressed.Please improve your service for better customer satisfaction.
The bed linen were not white and did not look fresh.We called the housekeeping team to make them aware.
The WIFI service was pathetic, jut could not connect....during check in nobody intimated about the the login password....

First of all we went there in Lucknow for mostly traveling purposes besides some conference works in SGPGI. First of all location is very nice where u can get Hazratgunj market very near or get to the Kaiserbagh very quickly. Various Chikan shops are available nearby where u can get lots of good products in affordable prices. Service is a bit slow but not that bad as we have expected reading some reviews. Rooms are not quite spacious but 2 persons can stay comfortably. Bathroom is also small but it is very neat & clean. All equipments are extremely new & easy to handle in the room. Buffet breakfast which they serve has lots of items, but variations are lacking. Food is very costly but u can get numerous good Mughlai cuisines resto nearby including Dastarkhwan. All tourist places including Imambara'a & Residency is quite close to this hotel. So for travelling & business purpose, u can stay in this hotel without much doubts.
