The hotel need total renovation as most equipment are old.
I stayed there before when it was under Sheraton it was excellent but now is not good as before. As the bed sheet was dirty and AC was dropping watar all time also I used my personal towel as bathroom towels was not smell good and TV channels was not clear.
My advice to hotel management work quickly to fix all those mistakes and improve your service otherwise the hotel will be out of market.

Was stay in this hotel years back when it was under Sheraton management. I gave them 5 stars
Now.. the moment I step in .. really shocked . Stay in this hotel for 3 nights was a big mistakes. Services , cleanliness and facilities were below standard. U can easily spotted them from the moment u enter this hotel. Going inside their lifts were a nightmare..once we were going up to the loby , it stopped and drop off , even though only a few cm ... But come on.. I complaint to the staff he said they just finished servicing that lift a day before.. zzzz

Staycation at this hotel in the new year eve. I hope and expect that much because it's "ex Sheraton". When i went there the decoration looks old, vintage but in the bad way. It looks there's no one maintain this hotel.
Okay I'm going to my room and already feel quite disappointed because the restroom is quite bad and need some repairment. Already called the customer service but no answer. Thanks God they have TV cable and that's the good thing of that night. Refrigerator not working at all.
Restaurant? Want to get breakfast, it quite crowded and messy (really i mean it, I don't know maybe they need to hire some people again). So i refuse to get breakfast. And swimming pool? No for me.

Hello everyone, I went to Jakarta on 30nov17 -02nov17. I booked The media hotel and towers and the stay is very good. The services they provide is very good as well. I booked for only rm240 a night. Around45- 50 dollars a night
For transportation such as cab and buses is easy to get at this hotel, but for me i will suggest you to take uber or grab they are everywhere. You can get uber/grab within only 5-10minutes depends on traffic .
I rather to go to this wonderful city on their liburanâs day( weekend) believe me the traffic is better than weekdays. This is my 6 time to Jakarta. Love this city

We stayed at this hotel as well as conducted a 3 (full) days meeting at the Media Hotel and Towers Jakarta. Staff were very helpful and friendly, they provided 5 starts service. The meeting room was clean, spacious and quiet.
