It's altogether new experience when I stayed for more than 10 days in the said Hotel which has all facilities. The Hotel is one of the best known Hotel in altogether Ahmedabaddue to its presence since long and the best Hospitality team in place. Starting from Front office to F&B dept there was't any occasion to raise any issue. Service at best news Food is also no issue since the deserved food was available at a time.. Everyone should try this Hotel which is not only near to Station/Airport but the connectivity from this Hotel is excellent. Sabarmati river walk is just 5 minutes walk.... Marketing, Shopping no site seeing all r near by at a distance which we can reach withi 10 to 20 minutes....

I stayed here two nights during the international kite festival and got treated well. The huge staff was friendly and kind, the rooms were spacious, the bed was super comfortable and was big enough to contain four people. On the other hand, I saw some cockroaches in the dining room by the food, the WiFi barely worked in my room (first floor) and the room had minor flaws (bathroom door couldnât be closed).
This place is fine if you donât expect much of your hotel (2500 rupee for my room) but you sure can get better hotels at that price.

We were four families on a holiday. It didnât feel a great place to stay, rooms to accommodate 2 adults and 2 kids were small, the hotel is average. disaster struck while at breakfast, tiny cockroaches over the salads and then we spotted a rat moving all over the breakfast spread. Scary. we then restricted ourselves to freshly prepared food and left. No apology, behaviour of staff was as if nothing happened. We Expect basic courtesy. Donât think will come back again.

Conveniently located on the outskirts of Ahmedabad and good option to avoid traffic if you have to go to Gandhinagar daily.
Rooms are nice and generous enough in size. Neither dull nor luxurious but you can have comfortable sleep.
Breakfast was good. Coffee shop and snacks are available 24x7. Food in the hotel restaurant is too much costly, even costlier than 5 star. No need to worry outside the hotel, nearby there's a descent and reasonable restaurant.

Our long stay at The Metropole Hotel, Ahmedabad during Nov. 2017 as returning guests was fabulous primarily due the very friendly and outstanding service we received from all the managers and staff stemming from the example set by the Directors, Prakashbhai and Kushalbhai Doulatani.
The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable with good wi fi connection. Other facilities we used were the Business Centre, Reading Lounge Room and Fitness Centre. Would also recommend the hotel for holding business and social events which we saw many during our stay.
With regards to the meals, there was a wide and delicious range of items for breakfast and dinner with excellent service.
The hotel is well located close to Gandhi Ashram, newly developed Sabarmati River front and BAPS Swaminarayan Mandir. You can also explore the World Heritage City of Ahmedabad and near by sites such as the magnificent Akshardham Temple Complex in Gandhinagar.
Thank you to all for making this the most relaxing homely stay we have ever experienced. We take away Sweet Memories. Review 16th Dec. 2017.
