Stayed here for a night during a recent business trip. Location is good and close to airport. Room is comfortable. The staff were very friendly and courteous. The restaurant was also good and offered variety.

The hotel is decent. The rooms are spacious compared to Mumbai standards.
A non-smoking room had the smell of cigarettes coming when I checked in. The hotel is large-ish and has a good large buffet that serves tasty food.
The staff courteous but somehow it appears to lack that aliveness. Don't know if it is due to the energies in the place. They don't seem to smile or be happy in their job. They appear like robots going about their business.

Good location, 15 mins from the airport and about 10 mins from the Andheri railway station by road. The rooms were a bit small but had enough space for luggage and moving around. Great room service and front desk service.

Simple clean-ish place. Service was good inside, restaurant had good food. Spacious, nice place to work early in the AM. Rooms were really lacklustre. Nothing special, almost clean. However, the street location was horrible. ZERO charm. Just crazy mind-numbing Mumbai traffic. I would consider this a good businessman hotel. Get in, get out. Close to airport.

Location is very convenient & heart of the city. Andheri Metro is very nearby with other essentials. But don't like the Room neither their Food.
In room dinning was terrible. Very few choice & taste was not good at all.
But staffs are really good & helpful. Polite staffs are the USP of this hotel
