Right on north koregoan Park road, next to German Bakery, itâs the idea location for a hotel in Pune.
The service staff is courteous and most often stay at this place becoz itâs a no nonsense hotel. The rooms r clean, water replenished as often as u need, comfortably big rooms!
Not a fan of the food here but itâs at such a gr8 location - all the lanes nearby r filled with eateries and r walkable! Think of any variety of food and itâs walkable within 2mins to 20mins!
Almost always full, donât expect to get an easy booking! Happy staying!

had been to this hotel for my bday celebration for 3 days. the room we selected online was not the same that was allotted to us. and when we requested that we want that or a similar room only, they said they were full. on further requesting them, their executive SUCHITA said if we do not want the room allotted, we can check out and they will under no situation refund the money and they dont care.
being in a service industry they dont value their customers. i will never recommend this hotel to anyone

The hotel looks great and is in an outstanding location. Very close by to all the major places of Pune... Rooms are slightly wrong designed, and design looks slightly boring... Else, well furnished rooms.. front staff is very cordial and helpful whereas house keeping staff is good for nothing. House keeping staff not even bothered to attend your requirement. There was a small technical prob in a bed lamp, and I had asked HK staff to see that, nobody bothered to come... There is an attendant named Mr.Ali, very inappropriately mannered. I have even overheard him abusing a guest behind him... Except this it was a great stay.

Had checked in this hotel for a business meet.
Rooms here are relatively bigger.
Hotel staff courteous and helpful.
Location of the hotel is near to the Osho Ashram.
Good spread of breakfast.
Overall good experience.

When i am in Pune i am mostly in O-Hotel. I love this hotel and the luxurious rooms. But the best are the very friendly and attentive employees. Especially Awadh is outstanding. And also the other team members like Koushik, Govind and Vaibhav. The food is also great and I enjoyed every breakfast. Thank you to the entire kitchen team!
