Orbis is not new for me.Everytime it has proved its simplicity and good service.Be it an early morning checkin or a late night check out they happily serve their customer with a sparking smile.
Rooms are spacious.Breakfast is good n tasty.
Overall a good business hotel.
Only negative is walls are not soundproof so you may hear the highway vehicle sounds or nearby room's TV noise.
For me its OK looking at its tariff vs offerings.

There is nothing great about the place...
This property is average in all aspects(rooms, food, service). Though given the connectivity and location, it could be considered fairly priced.
Business travelers could stay for a day or so..... But I would say that even for it to be value for money... I would expect better service

No wonder this hotel is not high on rankings. Perhaps the only highlight is the excellent location.
Lacks attention to detail. For eg. Room did not have any information sheet on telecon no. for reception house keeping - this is basic hotel management stuff.
No complementary wi-fi
Staff was courteous but the lack of enthusiasm showed. Looks like the owners have completely lost interest in this venture and the lack of involvement was palpable

The location is great when it comes to proximity to the airport and the bus stand. Ample eateries available around the hotels. Rooms somewhat small are comfortable. They offer complimentary toiletries. The staff are cooperative but they could never help us get connected to the internet. Besides little things here and there, it's a good place for stay.

Booked this hotel at the last hour on our way to Coonoor. To be honest, didn't have high expectation as we just wanted to spend a night. But fortunately, everything went fine including the hotel, staff and the food which they prepared a(even at 1 AM in the night as we reached late).
No difficulty in terms of locating the place. Good for a day or two.
