The Pantone hotel was a lovely surprise to our belgian trip!
We had the pleasure to meet the most lovely staff we have ever met in any hotel EVER. Even though our bags were lost due to a strike, they were helpful and sympathetic, trying to help in any way.
On our second day in, we mentioned we'd be missing breakfast due to an early trip to Ghent. They assured us they'd be able to give us breakfast and left a little guide to the city that was really helpful.
The hotel is simple, clean and their breakfast is great! Would recommend it to anyone in a blink of an eye!

It is a nice decorated hotel with multiple colours and is located in a quiet neighborhood.
The staff in the reception is very kind and helpful.
BUT the room where I stayed was very small,it didn't have a fridge,and tragically not even a bottle of water!
Something else,that I didn't like was that they didn't change the sheets every day.
They did it only once I
of the 4 nights that I stayed there.

I really wanted to like this place, as the concept seems quite fun. It is conveniently located, just a 5-minute walk from the nearest Metro station. On the plus side, the staff is nice, and the room that I got was very large and aesthetically pleasing, with its own bathtub and towel dryer. However, what good would the substantial size be if it lacks sufficient furniture for sitting, especially when you have guests or colleagues over? An additional chair, or chaise, or perhaps a small sofa would be nice. On the debit side, the hotel should keep up with maintenance in terms of providing paint touch-ups and fixing scuffs and dings; the lift needs major attention. The hotel does have an attractive interior design scheme, but the management needs to maintain it. This wear-and-tear has begun to distract from its appeal. In addition to friendly and helpful guest service, the hotel delivered on all the basics: cleanliness, competent housekeeping, comfortable bedding, sufficient supply of towels, good air temperature management, noise levels from outside and between rooms under control, adequate lighting management, free strong wifi, good water pressure and temperature controls in the bathroom, and adequate toilet pressure. The breakfasts here are decent. Overall, this hotel does provide good value, especially for an expensive city like Bruxelles.

My friend and I stayed there for a weekend.The location of the hotel is perfect.Very close to the metro station!
We were really impressed by the staff which was very friendly!

Our stay was a brief one, arriving at 8pm and leaving at 10am the next morning, but we were very glad it was.
We arrived and checked in with no problem, the lift was a little worse for wear but no issue there. When we got into our room, we discovered toe nail clippings on the sheets on the bed. Called down to reception who came up to see the problem, the guy came up, said "oh shoot (or the expletive alternative), I'll be back in a minute" then never did come back.
20 minutes later we called down and he said he'd requested that housekeeping come and re-clean the room. When asked when, he said he didn't know and said that there were no other rooms. We asked to speak to the manager who he said wasn't unavailable but he'd left a note asking to issue a partial refund.
We left as we had a dinner reservation, the same receptionist was on when we returned and did not say a word to us as we walked in or waited for the lift. The room had been cleaned, with new sheets (complete with stains) as requested.
We checked out the following morning and a different receptionist denied all knowledge of any refund or anything that had happened. In the end he offered to let us off the city tax charge of â¬4, a rather pathetic offer but one we accepted as the poor guy on reception clearly had no authority and no way to contact management.
Other than this ordeal, the carpet in the room was strange and not particularly clean. Heated floor in the bathroom was nice but created a sauna in there. Coloured toilet paper was unnecessary and not particularly appealing. Bed was comfortable and made up for the very thin, square pillows. Wifi did not work for us at all, on either of our phones or a tablet.
The hotel is in a great location close to public transport into the centre and very quiet but unfortunately that's about all it hasn't going for it and I couldn't recommend it.
