Park Lane Hotel is my preferred hotel in Jakarta as it is located near big mall, restaurants and staffs are friendly and helpful. The food is of good quality and local cuisine service is also available.

I stayed here one hour after my wedding reception finished, such a really long tiring day. For newlyweds, i asked honeymoon decoration in notes before payment at online travel agent. But when i arrived in my room, no decoration at all.
I really enjoyed my stay overall, the food, the ambience, bathroom, bed, etc all perfect.

Good customer service and friendly staff, internet was good and room was spacious. Only issue is location outside always heavy traffic during office hours. breakfast and dinner buffet was good and the variety suffice.

nice place to stay.
Stayed for new year's eve, and having difficulties during checked in because the room was not ready yet (it already around 3.30 PM. Has to wait until around 4 PM to get the room)
I knew it was a busy day, but other guests were keep getting the room while I have to wait like more than 30 minutes.

The staff were very friendly. When we requested for something, our needs were attended to immediately. They also offered useful information and alternative suggestions for when they couldn't provide what we needed.
