I have visited this place couple of times during my business visits to Bangalore.
The location is very good. Rooms are spacious and neat.
The complementary breakfast has limited option but quite good.
Its best for mid range travellers and perfect for business visits.

Spacious rooms, wifi, good...TV with all satelite channels, and give newspaper, Rooms lobby are spacious, bed r big, Breakfast is very decent enuf.
the overall food quality and room service is poor, need to improve

Positives: Great location, very near MG Road, Church Street. Good a good deal on goibibo about Rs 600 less (post discounts etc.) than their advertised price. Big Room with lot of space. Reasonably clean and with all basic necessities.
Areas of improvement:
Check-in: First they took me to the wrong room then realized I had booked a non-AC and took me to the appropriate room. I asked for a good-night mat (against mosquitoes) but I wasnât given one until I reminded them once again later. I was handed a towel and toilet roll much later too. They didnt have a goodnight mat holder so they placed the bare mat on the bedside lamp. Very odd and unsafe probably; and in any case not expected in such a hotel.
Electrical fitments are confusing with a few double-way switches that donât work as desired.
Room: The room door should have had an extra lock. Mini-Fridge in the room was empty and not switched on. TV could have been a bigger one
Complimentary Breakfast was bad. The cornflakes were bad, the sambar was terrible, the idli and upma was below par. The set dosa was good. The cleanliness here could have been better.
The front desk were not able to tell me the clear directions for taking the airport bus. Surely they can keep a map handy with them to point out; how much effort does it take to keep a map nearby
Other Observations: The property has clearly seen much better days and is possibly going downhill.

Budget hotel with most of the facilities required for a stay in Bangalore. Location is prime just close to Brigade Road and Nagarjuna in main Bangalore. Residency road has some dusty atmosphere, rest is fine.

located at the heart of city..near to brigade road.... hotel is quiet good & affordable ...rooms are good & clean...they also offer the comp. breakfast though it is same in everyday...peaceful hotel...staffs are co-operative...
