A very welcoming hotel, reception staff very helpful, arranging a taxi to take us on a city tour. Comfortable beds, good hot showers, rooms quiet, no traffic noise. Variety of food very good with many local dishes. Waiters courteous and helpful. We were very well looked after by Birbal and the rest of the staff. Would highly recommend the restaurant and the hotel.

Had the most comfortable stay in Bangalore in the Pride !! Mr Sachin Lagad provided us with the most comforting and efficient bookings and the stay was restful as intended. The rooms were upto the mark.

I must say this hotel has an aurora about it the minute you walk through the door, The reception staff very welcoming, all smiles, there were no none smoking rooms available so got upgrade, very nice room, very clean, and best pillows yet, bed very clean, we had a very good nights sleep after getting totally lost in Bangalore City.
the breakfast was fresh, lot to choose from, eggs cooked to order, and the staff in restaurant were lovely, i was nit very hungry so they put some pastry's in a box for me to eat but later, as i cant eat early breakfast, cant put into words the feeling in this hotel, we were there for the flag raising for Republic day, got some nice sweets,
I can totally recommend this Hotel,

Attentive and courteous staff & delightful food and service from chef Santhosh,Birbal and Deepak and all the rest of the staff. Well worth a visit when in Bangalore. We have had an excellent stay and will definitely stay here again when in Bangalore.

Bad idea. don't go there.. couldn't sleep for 2 nights.
the are doing a loud party until 4 a.mm. even at the 5th floor the room was shaking from boom boom boom.
shame on managment that allow these and do not let the guest to rest...
will recommend not to come there
