I stayed there for 8 Days and I was very happy.
The staff knew me after a few days and was always very very friendly.
Breakfast was great! I loved the fresh made eggs!
There are not very much people during the day and for dinner. I felt sometimes like the only guest BUT the pool is awesome and the dinner at the restaurant is much better than outside!
I went also everyday to the Chakra SPA in the hotel which was my best SPA experience ever! Lovely staff who really knows what they are doing and a great atmosphere!
I can recommend this hotel to everyone who donât want to stay in the busy nusa dua district itâs great!

Cheap 2-star hotel. It doesn't seem like a 4-star hotel to me. Staff service is really poor. They are only accommodative until they get the payment, after that no service, they simply wash us off the sink.The room is also bad, dirty and filthy toilet, with clogged drains.Stained walls.
Too many shortcomings. Rather pay a bit more and stay in a more credible hotel.

My finance Janine and I enjoyed yet another stay at the Vouk Hotel and Suites in Nusa Dua. We arrived late and were transferred to the hotel with no effort. We were delighted with the whole experience, from the poolside bar to buffet breakfast, room service and in-house spa were of a very high standard. It was a pleasure to meet Sherly the General Manager who went well above the call of duty to make us feel comfortable during our stay. The owner should be proud to have Sherly on his team! We returned to the Vouk after a few days on Gili Air and were treated like VIP guests once again.
A special thank you to Sherly and her team of staff for the unrivalled hospitality. We cannot wait to return in 2018, and look forward to the Vouk Villas when they come online.

We stayed in the hotel sometime back but the memories are still fresh. The pool area in the lobby is so refreshing and location is very aptly located away from any hustle bustle. I would strongly recommend this hotel for family stays. The rooms were fantastic as well with balcony and foresty view.

This was our first trip to Bali and the third and the best hotel we stayed at. The first impression was wow this place is huge! The room was very spacious with a big balcony. loved the bed and the pillows which made us just sink into it after a long travel from Ubud. But to dismay I had quite a few issues with the Wi-Fi as it was going off every few minutes and how much they rectifies it it went back to the same old story. I was carrying my TV serials on a USB and found that it was not playing on my T.V. I brought it to the notice of the receptionist (Mr. Sadia) who very promptly upgraded me to a different room where I could've enjoyed my shows. We stayed there for 5 nights and we enjoyed every moment of there there. The pool was gigantic and quite different to the other pools. The food was good. Housekeeping was excellent at the restaurant Ms. Ratna served us with a warm smile always. The sea view restaurant was also a great place to be Mr. Erfan served us and treated us well. The gym was excellent as it had some good equipment. Overall a special thank you to Sadia whom we found very efficient and I should specially mention that on our way out I handed him a token of appreciation (cash) and he refused to accept it which was a great gesture from the lad which shows that they genuinely help you and not expecting anything back from you.
