The situation is not so good. The queeny will not say what they do & vice versa. No courtesy in staff. Not at all a friendly atmosphere. Not feel like a goan hotel. If u need a hotel near airport then, then & then only choose. Else dont even look at it.

It was a great experience by the staff as we have a tricky situation happened at airport and when contact the booking manager Mr. Narayan to support our family reaching by 2210 hrs Goa airport with 2 ladies and 4 kids for which hotel not provides pick up to & fro but he immediately provided and talked to tied up agency to manage the same.
Next day when we reached the staff had supported our family very well, we had check out by 1100 hrs and when we reached to the breakfast counters by 1000 hrs we have provided the breakfast but here I need to escalate the point that serving staff need to support by refilling the stuff and have to extend services when asked for bread slices he argued and asked us not to provide for which need to talk to reception guys to intervene and manage the situation, the same has taken care,
Overall it is budget hotel with good location but recommended to clean the rooms properly and provide staff training to handle guest prominently,
It was good stay and had good experience!

I only had food once in the hotel's restaurant. Most times I went out for dinner or lunch. No more than 300 meters away from the hotel you can find a local restaurant where you can eat the same food with better quality for cheaper price. The room was very comfortable and clean. Nothing to complain about.

The Hotel reception don't welcome you properly. And they gave me the Key card boldly written room number 105(and at below it was written very very lightly by pencil 103).
They did not tell me the room number and just handed over the key. I kept on trying but it did not open. I again came back carrying my luggage to reception. Then the receptionist told me the room number is 103 written in pencil. Anyway apart from that , the adjacent restaurant has very less option for vegetarians. I can not appreciate.

The rooms are small but functional... The staff are good. The breakfast is average. It has free parking. The hotel is close to airport. Prepaid taxi charges 350. 450 at night. The view from restaurant is very beautiful. You can ride to south Goa from the road running behind the hotel. The hotel is close to beaches like arrosim, velsao, etc.
